Westwood Metro Tower is a 12-story, 210,087 square foot multi-tenant office building located in Tysons, VA.

This Class-A office building enjoys immediate access to Dulles Toll Road and the Tysons Spring Hill Road Metro Station.

Westwood Metro Tower is home to “Tysons Town Hall” – a neighborhood office concept that distinguishes the tenant experience in the Tysons Corner market. Tysons Town Hall is a beautifully designed 2-story atrium space with a grand staircase connecting floors 4 and 5. A variety of tenant suites surround and enjoy the Town Hall space on both floors.

What Is “Town Hall” Strategy

Town Hall will provide a new kind of space that embraces the “sharing economy”. One that offers smaller tenants the opportunity and enjoyment of outsized, functional space and amenities to help them do what they do best, their business and operations. Most tenants don’t utilize 100% of their space 100% of the time, so why not share areas that act as common/support functions?

Tenants in the Town Hall will lease their own separate premises to accommodate their daily business functions, yet they’ll share common/support functional space with other tenants. They’ll share; conference rooms, kitchen / break room, breakout areas, employee lounges, and more.  With this concept, tenants will be able to increase the efficiency of their business premises and lease less square footage, while enjoying the dynamic, highly designed amenity space Town Hall.
