The Chase at Bryant Street

The Chase at Bryant Street is a 300,00 SF property of mixed-use residential and retail and is the second building to deliver as part of the Phase One of MRP’s Bryant Street neighborhood development. The building will be delivering 333 units, 34 of which are affordable at 50%, 60%, and 100% AMI. The residential building is slated to deliver in January of 2021, followed shortly after by the ground floor Bevi Food Hall, developed in partnership with Canadev.

The Bryant Street neighborhood plans for a retail-activated plaza oriented to the Metropolitan Branch Trail and the new pedestrian bridge, providing access to the Rhode Island Avenue metro station. The development is ideally located in northeast DC at the nexus of four growing neighborhoods: Edgewood, Eckington, Brookland, and Brentwood, in Ward 5, which is the political district of the majority of northeast DC.

Bryant Street benefits from its location adjacent to a Metrorail Red Line Station.  The Red Line is the busiest Metrorail line and runs through a majority of DC’s employment centers including Silver Spring, NoMa, Union Station, Gallery Place/Chinatown, East End, Farragut Square, Dupont Circle, Chevy Chase, and Bethesda
