Solstice II

Solstice II is the second phase of the Solstice project located at 3500 East Capital Street NE.  It is a former strip shopping center redeveloped into a 95,000 square foot mixed-income residential project. The project is 95 units, all of which are affordable for residents making 60% of AMI or below, including 15 permanent supportive housing units (PSH) and dedicated for individuals and families transitioning from homelessness. The project is financed in partnership with the District of Columbia including Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), a Housing Production Trust Fund (HPTF) loan, and Local Rent Supplement Vouchers (LRSP).
