River North Phase I

Plans for River North include a 4-acre Riverfront Park and a planned Pedestrian Bridge over the Cumberland River.

Directly across the river from Germantown and less than a mile from the Downtown Central Business District, the fully entitled site is perfectly positioned to capitalize on the resurgence of downtown living in Nashville.
