Northwest One

Northwest One is a two-phase project delivering high quality, mixed-use, mixed-income residences, services, and retail within a dynamic, active environment and public realm that enhances the unique culture and character of the surrounding community. The development will feature 56,511 square feet of neighborhood serving ground-floor retail and community services, including potential uses such as daycare, afterschool programs, and job training. Located at the corner of North Capitol and K Street NW, the project in total will include 772 residential units, including 518 affordable units and 22 permanent supportive housing units. The mixed-income housing provides for affordable housing to residents with incomes at or below 30% of AMI and for residents earning between 50% and 80% of AMI. Phase one of the development will deliver 220 total units with 150 affordable to residents earning at or below 30% and between 50% and 80% of AMI. A minimum of 57 units will be 3 or 4-bedroom family-sized residences.
