Michael Cooper

Regional Manager

Michael has over a decade of commercial property management experience across office, medical, retail, and industrial assets. He currently oversees a portfolio of over 1 million square feet throughout the D.C. and Philadelphia regions, including office, retail, and industrial properties. Prior to joining MRP, he served as a Senior Real Estate Manager at CBRE, where he managed 350,000 square feet of Class A trophy assets on behalf of major REITs and commercial developers. Previously, Michael was Assistant Vice President at Donohoe Real Estate, where he managed a diverse portfolio of over 1.2M square feet throughout the D.C. and Maryland regions. Michael holds a B.A. in American History from the University of Maryland and maintains a District of Columbia Salesperson License as well as Property Manager License. He is also a member of IREM Chapter 8 and the Urban Land Institute.
