Century Center

Located in the heart of National Landing, Century Center is currently comprised of two existing office towers built in 1973 that total 613,065 SF. LaSalle/SERS also obtained site plan approval for a new high-rise residential tower that is fully entitled for 302 residential units.

MRP, LaSalle and SERS plan to execute a renovation of both office towers, including a reskin of the first two floors with glass, an exterior plaza located between the two buildings to take the property from a Class B asset to an amenitized Class A offering directed at capturing the increasing private sector demand in the National Landing submarket and the proximity of the property to Amazon’s HQ2.  MRP selected RTKL as the architect for the office portion of the project.
