2442 MLK Jr. Ave is a 200,000 SF multi-phase project within the Southeast Anacostia Community. MRP is working with Taylor Adams Associates on the development which will include 11,000 SF of neighborhood-serving retail, a Community Center, new quality housing, and funding for community programming. The residences at 2458 MLK will deliver 118 mixed income units, all at an affordable level, and feature amenities such as a fitness center, club room, business center, onsite parking, and onsite management.  MRP is committed to centralizing positive community impact at the site through local hiring practices, permanent supportive housing, and by working in partnership with the Bethlehem Baptist Church, both in the renovation and expansion of the church and in ensuring they remain land owners and retains benefits of any future land value increases.
