Tim Hill has over 13 years of commercial real estate experience and leads the execution of MRP’s value add office projects. Prior to joining MRP, Tim was VP of Commercial Asset Management at JBG Smith where he served as the company’s value add specialist for office assets. While there, he managed 20 office properties in the DC metro area, totaling 7 million square feet and $3 billion in value, including the Crystal City, VA office portfolio which was awarded Amazon HQ2 during his tenure. Tim’s prior experience includes bridge loan originations with GE Capital Real Estate Lending, commercial real estate redevelopment with EDENS, and project and design management for various architecture firms focused in commercial real estate. Tim serves on two real estate boards at George Washington University; Center for Real Estate & Urban Analysis and Real Estate Finance Alliance. Tim received a BS in Architecture from the University of Virginia and an MBA from George Washington University.
