Phase 1

137 residential units are income restricted to residents earning 50% AMI or less. 15 of these units are reserved as permanent supportive housing units (PSH) and dedicated for individuals and families transitioning from homelessness.

Phase 2

95,000 square foot mixed-income residential project. The project is 95 units, all of which are affordable for residents making 60% of AMI or below, including 15 permanent supportive housing units (PSH) and dedicated for individuals and families transitioning from homelessness.

Retail Space

2,272 square feet of retail space that has been leased to Market 7, a DC-based community marketplace comprised of 60 black-owned businesses that offer a variety of fresh produce, packaged foods, and sustainable lifestyle products for the purpose of alleviating food and retail deserts in Ward 7.

Financed in partnership with the District of Columbia including Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), a Housing Production Trust Fund (HPTF) loan, and Local Rent Supplement Vouchers (LRSP)
