Graphic Design Lead


The Design Lead would spearhead all graphic design plus assist the corporate team and Director of Marketing in strategizing, creating, and implementing marketing and business development materials for the growth and expansion of MRP’s assets and products. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of marketing and graphic design principles & skills, marketing automation, and is savvy with all social media platforms.

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Provides in-house graphic design and archiving of marketing materials including but not limited to pitch decks, brochures, newsletters, advertising, website materials, web graphics, and branding for all products and services throughout MRP’s corporate, marketing, and office services divisions.
  • Conceptualizes and provides graphic design for brand development services for any new brand needs across MRP service and product platforms
  • Responsible for creative ideation of business development materials and cohesively branded materials that include presentations and RFPs
  • Prioritizes and manages multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
  • Responsible for creating and updating all corporate marketing material
  • Manages projects from conceptualization to production, including but not limited to consulting with multiple teams to determine scope of project, developing sample graphics for approval, interfacing with outside vendors, presenting samples for approval, and preparing final layout for production.
  • Works with Marketing Director to assure quality of final products prior to release.
  • Maintains high level of knowledge and skill with all design software including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
  • Manages all media & design assets.
  • Interacts and collaborates effectively with internal and external team members to assure creative needs of the company are met.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Assist in implementing marketing and communications strategy with support from Director of Marketing, including the management for internal and external campaigns, announcements, social media accounts, online video
  • Identifies partnership opportunities to improve brand awareness with new customer segments
  • Is aware of and maximizes current trends, insights, and design style in order to optimize marketing performance and keep a professional and current company appearance throughout all creative output.
  • Works with events team to coordinate graphic support for roll-out of initiatives at properties
  • Assists in website editing, including copy and design for all MRP corporate websites
  • Assists with App related design needs for MRP Passport & Heyday Properties platforms

Education and Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, plus 3 to 5 years of direct related experience
  • Commercial real estate experience highly encouraged
  • Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Working knowledge of video editing tools including Adobe AfterEffects, Premiere Pro, and other Adobe Creative Cloud apps is a plus
  • Proficient in WordPress
  • Self-motivated and hardworking
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Exhibits strong collaboration and integrity
  • Passion for a high level of client service
