The proposed residential tower will consist of one 329-unit residential tower located on the corner of 23rd Street and Crystal Drive in the National Landing section of Arlington, VA. The Project is an opportunity to develop a Trophy luxury tower just steps from the new Amazon HQ2, capitalizing on the employment and population growth expected to take place over the decades to come. The 24-story tower will be designed by SK+I and include an amenity package in line with the top of the Crystal City

MRP is partnering with Lasalle Investment Management to develop the project. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2022 following the completion of an Arlington County 4.1 zoning amendment and the design of the new tower.
