Will Leibner has over a decade of commercial real estate development experience and leads the execution of MRP’s value-add office projects. Will’s experience includes the management of mixed-use projects across a variety of asset classes totaling over 4 million square feet and $3 billion in value. Prior to MRP, Will was a Regional VP of Real Estate Acquisitions at Choice Hotels leading the regional real estate strategy for the Cambria hotel brand. Prior to Choice, Will managed urban mixed-use development projects in the Washington DC area for the JBG Companies and the Washington Convention and Sports Authority. A native Washingtonian, Will received his bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee and master’s degree in Real Estate Development & Finance from American University.
