James D’Agostino

Jim D’Agostino has 30 years of construction management experience with commercial real estate developers and general contractors. He is responsible for the design, permitting, purchasing and construction of all of MRP’s commercial development projects.  Since 2007, Jim has delivered 1.1 million square feet of new, ground-up, office product including single-story office, suburban mid-rise and CBD, high-rise office buildings.  In addition, he and his team have managed 1.5 million square feet of renovations and office repositioning and 450,000 square feet of tenant improvements for both government and private tenants.
